1. Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your TripDiarist account and associated data, you can submit a request via email.

• Send an email to support@tripdiarist.com
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your registered email address in the request

2. Data Deletion & Retention

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Personal details (name, email, etc.)
• All trips and trip entries
• Uploaded media (photos & videos)

However, certain data may be retained for legal and security purposes, including:

• Transaction records (if applicable) for up to 12 months
• Anonymous statistical data

3. Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
